General Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Drafting Service

ICW's MEP engineers can review MEP designs and documentation and provide detailed drafts, using

AutoCAD or Revit. Energy modeling can also be carried out and the results included in design drafts.

MEP Shop Drawing Service

Our engineering team provides fabrication-ready shop drawings, shop drawing extractions, and as-

built specifications. All detailed assembly instructions are included in the drafts as per the client's

specifications.

Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) System Drafting Service

Schematic heating and cooling system detailing, including equipment details. It also includes the

detailing of thermal energy storage and district cooling systems, if applicable. Plant room layouts also

available.

Electrical System Drafting Service

Drafts for wiring diagrams and electrical schematics can be drawn up by qualified ICW engineers. All

system details are available, e.g., cable runs, transformer locations, ladder logic diagrams, etc.

Plumbing System Drafting Service

Domestic and industrial plumbing system drafting including water supply, waste-water management,

natural and LP gas piping, fire sprinkler systems, and compressed air and medical gas systems.

Drafts may include isometric drawings, riser diagrams, schematics, and schedules.

MEP Final As-built Drafting Service

We can take your final survey information and create final as-built drawings in CAD. 

All details will be presented, including dimensions, locations, and any changes to the original design.
